At The Pencil Test, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your fit. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags remain attached and the garments are in original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
